Christmas / New Year Support Hours

It is that time of the year again where we celebrate Christmas, Kiwi style – go to the beach, bring out the barbie and enjoy a summer break!

Over the Christmas / New Year period our people will be joining everyone and heading off for some rest and relaxation as well. So we will be closing our office from midday on Monday, 23th December until 10:00am, Monday, 13th January 2025.

Of course, the fully automated monitoring of all our services will not stop just because people may be having time away. So rest assured, that during this period we continue to fully monitor our systems and our people will attend to any urgent issues.

If you have an issue, please check our Network Status page. This page is updated if any of our services (email, hosting, spam & virus checking, domains, etc) are experiencing any problems.

Over this period the phones will not be answered but as stated above our services are monitored so our team will know, and be dealing to, anything that may arise due to our equipment issues.
